NMI U19 National Team Nominated for 2025 Team of the Year

A huge congratulations to our very own Coach Janelle Pangilinan and our NMI U19 National Team, honored at the 2025 Northern Marianas Sports Association Awards Banquet!

Coach Janelle Pangilinan was awarded the 2025 Coach of the Year for her outstanding leadership and contributions in advancing the NMI’s elite badminton program and grassroots program!

The NMI U19 National Team was nominated for the 2025 Team of the Year for their Top 3 Finish in the VICTOR Oceania Junior Championships 2025 – joining powerhouse Australia and New Zealand in the podium and receiving the first NMI badminton medal in a continental championship.
